RamplHR was founded in 2022 by Lee Giora, a former VP of People at two venture-backed SaaS companies. During her time scaling teams from 40 to 300 employees, Lee watched the same pattern repeat: companies invested heavily in recruiting, then handed new hires a laptop and a Confluence link on day one.
She founded RamplHR in Denver, Colorado to fix the hand-off problem — the gap between offer accepted and employee productive. The product is built on the conviction that onboarding is not an HR admin task. It's a revenue function.
